Habitat for Humanity Ozaukee is expanding the Aluminum Recycling program. Individuals and groups who would be willing to help should contact: executivedirectorHFHOZ@gmail.com
Tasks include:
- Setting up collection containers at area events and, picking up the containers after the event. Bags of cans can be brought back to the back to the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center Collection area.
- Transporting bags of cans to Ozaukee Iron and Metal to recycle them . Receipts and reimbursements should be turned in to the HFHOZ office on Dakota Drive in Grafton.
- Finding new opportunities for partnerships for recycling
- Posting signs and increasing awareness of this Recycling for Homes program.
