Responsibilities:
1. Aluminum Can Collections:
- Coordinate and oversee aluminum can collections when hosted by external agencies on behalf of Habitat for Humanity-Ozaukee.
- Work closely with donors during collections, fostering positive interactions and gratitude for their contributions.
2. Promotion of Recycling for Homes:
- Act as an ambassador for our "Recycling for Homes" initiative, emphasizing the environmental impact and the direct contribution to our home-building projects.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase awareness of our recycling efforts within the community.
3. Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with local festivals and events to set up recycling containers.
- Ensure proper collection and disposal of aluminum cans during and after events.
Qualifications:
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with volunteers, donors, and event organizers.
