Stride and Glide 5K

Stride and Glide is a 5K fun run, walk, and roll for wheelchair participants in the Historic Walker's Point neighborhood where IndependenceFirst office is located. 

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles including but not limited to: course set up, registration, water stations, post-race snacks, course supporters/fans, and much more!
