Description

Calling all outdoor and nature enthusiasts! Ozaukee Washington Land Trust is holding two volunteer fair events showcasing the opportunities to support your local nature preserves on April 26th and 27th (April 26th in West Bend and April 27th in Mequon). OWLT is a local, non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the water resources, natural areas, and working lands of Ozaukee and Washington Counties.

Much of our work could not be accomplished without the aid of local volunteers. Working to restore native ecosystems in Washington and Ozaukee counties, volunteers at OWLT are involved in active stewardship of the lands. From invasive species removal to tree plantings, learn what it takes to maintain and enhance native ecosystems. Volunteering for OWLT offers many unique opportunities such as being involved in local restoration efforts, a way to stay active, as well as a means to leave a lasting legacy today and for future generations.
