Who We Are
Our Campus is comprised of:
- Lasata Care Center, a rehab and skilled care nursing home
- Lasata Crossings, a 60-unit Assisted Living Residential Care Apartment Complex
- Lasata Heights, a 60-unit apartment building for independent seniors over age 62
What We Do
Purpose: We are dedicated to preserving the personal dignity & individuality of all our residents, to maintaining & improving their health & independence whenever possible.
