Family Sharing of Ozaukee County is a food pantry, with a resale boutique that helps to fund the pantry.
We have a new program that we call “Pink Cart Kits” that our clients get, in addition to their regular food and personal care items from the pantry.
Pink Cart Kits are a quick, delicious meal in a bag…like Blue Apron or other easy to prepare meal services. The goal is to provide a hearty meal the whole family can enjoy without too much time/effort after a long day at school or work.
We would like to have 3-4 volunteers from Health and Human Services come help us prepare the kits each month. Some of the tasks may include: shopping for fresh ingredients, parsing out ingredients, assembling bags.
