The event runs from 4-8:30pm, with sessions running 4-5:30pm, 5:30-7pm, and 7-8:30pm. 3-4pm is set up, 8:30-9pm is clean up.

All volunteer hours completed at this event count toward the Riveredge Free Membership program. Our Volunteer Manager or Event Lead will sign off on community service hours completed by high school and college students at this event as well.
