The mission of the Cedarburg Art Museum is to maintain and grow a forum that collects, exhibits, and forever preserves the artwork of Cedarburg and surrounding areas
The Cedarburg Art Museum will be a preferred destination that promotes significant artwork in a historic and inclusive environment, that celebrates creative expression, inspires future talent and a rich, cultural community.
What We Do
The Cedarburg Art Museum, home of A Creative Place: The History of Wisconsin Art, is an inclusive gathering space that celebrates both local and Wisconsin art. Through original exhibitions and programs, the museum supports, enhances, and furthers the creative arts in our community. The Museum Gift Shop features our groundbreaking book and offers many unique items handmade by talented, local artists. The Summer Beer Garden is a community-building event with live music performances. Find us participating in the many, vibrant going ons in downtown historic Cedarburg including Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour, Strawberry Festival, Wine & Harvest Festival, the Pumpkin Walk, Winter Festival, and A Cedarburg Christmas.
